full tilt

i feel like linus
without his blanket

a new door opens
but questions persist

i woke up last night
fearful scared & grasping for breath

i rolled & tossed
my brain going a mile a minute

a metaphysical cliff
a deep ravine

am i brave enough
to leap

Linus Pauling did the full tilt boogy on his piano while
taking 3000 units of vitamin c
each day. He lived to a ripe old
age!

Did I spell Pauling right?

A tilt usually clears my score. I have to put a new quarter in and start over. Starting over is the essense of practice though. Nothing can be perfected without practice, without repetition, without starting over.
